Shelber Cleaner C95 is a high‑performance sulfamic acid powder formulated for heavy‑duty cleaning of stone, tile, and cementitious surfaces. When dissolved in water, it becomes a powerful descaling and residue‑removal solution capable of eliminating grout haze, mortar film, rust stains, efflorescence, and other mineral deposits.

Ideal for post‑installation cleaning, restoration work, and deep maintenance, C95 provides controlled acidity with predictable performance, making it safer and more stable than liquid acids while still delivering strong cleaning power.

Application Instructions

• Wear chemical‑resistant gloves (nitrile recommended)
• Read full label before use
• Allow newly grouted surfaces to cure minimum 10 days
• Sweep or vacuum the surface
• Pre‑wet the area with clean water

Mixing Ratios

• Light to Normal Cleaning: ½ cup (150 g) per 1 gallon of water
• Heavy‑Duty Cleaning: ¾ cup (225 g) per 1 gallon of water

Mix until crystals are fully dissolved.

Cleaning Procedure

• Apply solution using a mop or sponge
• Allow 1–2 minutes dwell time
• Agitate with a white nylon scrub pad or brush
• Do not allow solution to dry on the surface
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water
• Agitate during rinsing to ensure full acid removal
• Rinse a second time to confirm neutralization

Safety Notes

• Use PPE: gloves, goggles, and proper ventilation
• Do not mix with other chemicals
• Test on a small area before full application
• Not recommended for acid‑sensitive materials (e.g., polished marble, limestone)
