EcoProtec Colour Enhancing Sealer is a high‑performance, water‑based impregnating sealer designed to enrich the natural appearance of stone and concrete paving while providing long‑lasting protection. Formulated for both natural and artificial stone, this sealer enhances colour depth, reduces efflorescence, and creates a breathable barrier that strongly repels water, oil, and grease.
Suitable for honed, rough‑cut, flamed, brushed, and textured stone surfaces, the sealer penetrates deeply to deliver an enhanced natural finish without forming a surface film. This ensures the treated material retains its original texture while gaining improved resistance to staining and weathering. The product is easy to apply using a roller, brush, or sprayer, and can be layered on more absorbent surfaces until full saturation is achieved. Once cured, the active ingredients become inert and water‑soluble, making the sealer environmentally friendly and safe for long‑term use.

How It Works
EcoProtec Colour Enhancing Sealer penetrates the surface to create a breathable, protective barrier that enhances natural colour while repelling water, oil, and grease. By reducing moisture absorption and efflorescence, the sealer helps maintain the appearance and durability of stone and paving surfaces. The enhanced finish highlights natural tones without creating a glossy film.
Instructions for Use
Preparation
- Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from dirt, grime, cement, and grout.
- Pre‑clean using EcoProtec Intensive Cleaner diluted 1:5.
- Scrub with a nylon pad or deck brush.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry for 24 hours.
Application
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Apply evenly using a foam roller, brush, or light pressure sprayer.
- On absorbent surfaces, apply additional coats at hourly intervals until fully saturated.
- On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up and wipe drips immediately.
- Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C or above 25°C.
- Always test on a small area to determine the optimal number of coats.
Notes
- Saturation is achieved when an even layer remains visible after 20 minutes.
- Clean tools with water after use.
- Empty containers are recyclable.
