At Tactiles.ae, we are proud to announce our latest achievement: the successful supply and installation of tactile ground surface indicators (TGSIs) at the first three Etihad Rail stations—Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Fujairah.

Why This Project Matters
Etihad Rail is one of the UAE’s most transformative infrastructure initiatives, connecting cities, industries, and communities across the nation. By integrating tactile systems into its stations, the project ensures that passengers with visual impairments can navigate safely and independently.
Our Role
- Supply & Installation: We provided and applied high-performance tactile studs and strips across concourses, platforms, and access routes.
- Compliance: All materials meet Dubai Universal Design Code and international accessibility standards.
- Durability: Stainless steel and polyurethane solutions were selected for their resilience in high-traffic, high-wear environments.
- Design Integration: Our team worked closely with contractors to ensure seamless integration with the architectural finishes of each station.
The Fujairah Station Highlight
In addition to supplying across all three stations, Tactiles.ae was entrusted with full supply and apply works at Fujairah Station. This end-to-end delivery showcased our ability to manage complex site conditions, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver on time without compromising quality.
